BOYD L. EARL has been a practicing trial attorney in the Western New York area for over 15 years. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation in personal injury cases, having worked for both Plaintiffs and Defendants over the years of his practice. His extensive work for insurance carriers in the past gives him a wealth of resources to aid him in the representation of injured parties.

Boyd graduated from the University of Binghamton in 1986 with majors in both History and Political Science, and thereafter graduated from the University of Buffalo in 1989. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and the Bar Association of Erie County. He has been a member of the Negligence and Ethics committees for the Bar Association of Erie County, as well as the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Committee of the New York State Bar Association.

In addition to extensive trial experience in all aspects of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, automobile accidents, product liability cases and negligence cases, he has a great deal of experience in handling all aspects of Worker’s Compensation Claims and No-Fault arbitrations.
