EDWARD J. SCHWENDLER has been practicing Personal Injury law for over two decades. Originally he practiced as a trial attorney representing corporations and insurance companies. He joined the Law Offices of Eugene C. Tenney in 1993 and since then has dedicated his time to representing people injured by negligent acts, defective products and medical malpractice. Ed has successfully resolved numerous personal injury cases by jury verdict, arbitration, mediation and settlement, including million dollar recoveries.

Born in Kenmore, New York, Ed graduated from SUNY College at Buffalo and Pace University School of Law. He is a member of the American, New York State and Erie County Bar Associations and is a Member of the Executive Committee of the Trial Lawyer’s Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America , the Western New York Trial Lawyer’s Association, the New York State Trial Lawyer’s Association and it’s Western New York Affiliate.

Ed has also had the privilege and pleasure of representing adoptive parents, including those involved in international adoptions.
