LAURA C. DOOLITTLE,
an experienced trial attorney, has been a member of the Law
Offices of Eugene C. Tenney for 23 years. She has helped many
clients obtain successful resolutions of their claims, both
through jury trials and settlement. While Laura is a competitive
advocate both in and out of the courtroom, she never forgets her
client and the very real, human aspect of each and every case.
Laura is a 1980
graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude,
and a 1983 graduate of the State University of New York at
Buffalo School of Law. She is a member of the Erie County Bar
Association, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association
(past secretary 1996-1997) and was appointed by the Hon. Dolores
M. Denman, then presiding justice of the Appellate Division,
Fourth Department, to the Task Force on Reducing Litigation Cost
and Delay (1997). She has been a frequent lecturer for the New
York State Bar Association on such topics as construction
litigation, premises liability and trial practice and authored a
chapter on "The Discovery Practice" for a book published by the
New York State Bar Association entitled Pitfalls of Practice for
new and practicing attorneys.
Laura's practice
includes the representation of clients injured as a result of
all types of circumstances including automobile accidents,
defective products, work place injuries, and medical
malpractice. Her representation of her clients encompasses all
aspects of litigation including no-fault, workers compensation,
arbitration, trial and appellate review.
